At Good See Co. we try to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and easy as possible.  This is why we will ship anywhere around the world.  It doesn't matter where you live, just as long as you have an address, we will ship your eyewear to you. 
IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are now going to be charged at checkout and you will be shown the full amount due once you enter your international shipping address. No additional duties or taxes will be charged once this is paid.
Occasionally some eyewear must be special ordered or made to order, please look under "shipping" on each product page for more information.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of all online orders.
Frames are shipped with Signature Required on delivery by default, unless you choose to opt out during the checkout process.
Please note, if you decide to opt out of the signature requirement we will not be held liable for any missing or non-delivered packages.

Every shipment will be given a tracking number provided to you by e-mail.
If your package is damaged or lost during transit please contact us and we can investigate the matter with the shipping company.

All of our frames are guaranteed 100% authentic, and made with original premium quality and materials from their respective manufacturers. We do not sell used, worn or damaged frames.

We stand by our frames and if you are unhappy with your frames we are happy to provide a full refund within the 15 day return and exchange window. Any return or exchange must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Any frame with wear/damage is subject to a restocking fee based on our discretion. 

All eyewear includes a Manufacturer's Warranty between 1-2 years, or as listed on the product page.
