The AO-1004 marks the first brand new AO frame design in decades and we started with a really good one. The shape of the AO-1004 and its keyhole bridge flatters everyone, and we mean everyone. We've expanded on the classic AO color palette with crystal and multi colorways and on-trend Sun Vogue gradient lenses, but kept the style rooted in classic AO design with the same asymmetrical silver décor that adorns the Saratoga.

Frames are shipped with Signature Required on delivery by default, unless you choose to opt out during the checkout process.
Please note, if you decide to opt out of the signature requirement we will not be held liable for any missing or non-delivered packages.

Every shipment will be given a tracking number provided to you by e-mail.
If your package is damaged or lost during transit please contact us and we can investigate the matter with the shipping company.

All of our frames are guaranteed 100% authentic, and made with original premium quality and materials from their respective manufacturers. We do not sell used, worn or damaged frames.

We stand by our frames and if you are unhappy with your frames we are happy to provide a full refund within the 15 day return and exchange window. Any return or exchange must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Any frame with wear/damage is subject to a restocking fee based on our discretion. 

All eyewear includes a Manufacturer's Warranty between 1-2 years, or as listed on the product page.
