Roberto Novello is a brand born from an idea by Roberto Novello, who has been in the gold jewelery market for 30 years. The new Roberto Novello project develops through eyewear, created thanks to the knowledge and expertise of artisanal manufacturing, with two lines: “prêt-à-porter” and “bespoke".

Handcrafted bulinatura is a centuries-old goldsmith technique, today mastered by only a few expert artisans. It involves engraving the gold surface using a special chisel called a bulino. This meticulous process creates a delicate satin-like texture that enhances the light and sophistication of our eyewear, making each piece truly unique and exclusive.

The eyewear box and Certificate of Guarantee are handcrafted in Bassano del Grappa (Vicenza) by Stamperia Tassotti, heir to the historic Remondini Printing House, which has been active in the area since 1657.

The “Fenice” print, code 113, that wraps the case is the same pattern the Remondini family used to decorate the borders of the La Fenice Theatre in Venice in 1792. The paper, colours, and adhesives used are all eco-friendly and free from chemical solvents. The eyewear case is made with fine velvets produced by Rubelli, the renowned Venetian textile company that has been an excellence in its field since 1889.
